Shipping & Returns

Delivery:

All items can be picked up at our studio upon request.

Very large items can only be picked up at studio/ you may organise your own courier if desired, Hollie Bowden Studio is not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties. 

Items will not be released until payment has been received.     

We would be very happy to assist with your delivery requirements and can put together tailored quotations upon request. 

Returns:

We are happy to offer a full refund on items within 14 days, providing we have received a return request within 72 hours on receipt of goods. 

Items must be in the same condition and will be inspected thoroughly before the return is accepted. Additional fees such as postal, courier or shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
